Returns & Refunds Policy

Because every item we sell is a unique, one-of-a-kind pre-owned piece, our returns policy is necessarily strict. Please read it in full before purchasing, and review each item’s description and photographs carefully.

No change-of-mind returns or exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or style choice, or any other reason not listed under “Eligible returns” below. All sales are otherwise final.

Eligible returns

A return is eligible only if one of the following applies:

• The item received is significantly different from its description or photographs;
• The item has a major defect that was not disclosed in the description; or
• The item received is incorrect (a different item from the one ordered).

How to request a return

Contact us at info@luxuriescart.com within 14 days of the SHIPMENT date of your order. Please include your order number, the item’s SKU, and photographs or details supporting the issue.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before any item is returned. Do not send an item back without an RMA — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

The security tag

Each item carries a uniquely numbered security tag. This tag must remain intact and attached to the item. Removal of the security tag constitutes final acceptance of the item, and no return will be accepted after the tag has been removed.

Inspection and refund

Once a returned item arrives at our facility, it is verified within 3 business days of arrival. If the return is accepted, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Refunds via PayPal typically take 7 – 9 business days to appear.

The following are non-refundable: the original shipping cost, and any duties, taxes, or VAT paid by the customer — except where the authenticity guarantee below applies, or where the error was ours.

If the return is due to our error (for example, we sent the wrong item), we cover the return shipping cost.

Authenticity guarantee

Every item is expert-verified before listing, including Entrupy and LegitAPP verification where those tags apply to the item. If a recognized third-party authority determines an item to be inauthentic, we will issue a FULL refund, including the original shipping cost. Authenticity claims must be made within 3 months of delivery, with supporting documentation from the recognized authority.
