These terms govern your use of LuxuriesCart and purchases made through this store. LuxuriesCart is operated by Nanyang Kunze Trading Co., Ltd., Nanyang City, Henan Province, China. Contact: info@luxuriescart.com.

Pre-owned, one-of-a-kind goods

Every item sold on LuxuriesCart is pre-owned (used) and one of a kind. Each listing represents a single unique item. When an item is purchased, it is no longer available, and an identical item cannot be supplied. Items are sold in the condition described and photographed on their product page. We do not assign condition grades; the description and photographs are the record of the item’s condition.

Pricing and currency

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are the prices payable for the item, excluding any shipping cost (calculated at checkout) and excluding any destination duties, taxes, or customs charges, which are the recipient’s responsibility (see our Shipping Policy). Prices are as listed on the product page.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline an order, for example if the item is no longer available or payment cannot be verified. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we have acknowledged the order. Because items are unique, an item may sell out while an order is being placed; if that happens, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped from China via FedEx on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for rates, transit times, and the treatment of duties, refused shipments, and failed deliveries.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. In summary: no change-of-mind returns or exchanges; returns are eligible only where the item is significantly different from its description or photographs, has a major undisclosed defect, or is incorrect; a security tag must remain intact; and an RMA is required before return.

Authenticity

Items are expert-verified before listing, including Entrupy and LegitAPP verification where those tags apply to the item. If a recognized third-party authority determines an item to be inauthentic, the authenticity guarantee in our Returns & Refunds Policy applies (full refund including original shipping, claim window 3 months from delivery).

Payments

We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards through our checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this store, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxuriesCart’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for the item concerned, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited (including for the authenticity guarantee set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
