Previously owned, sold as it is
A pre-owned piece has had a previous owner. It is not new, and it is not made to order. It is a single, existing item — a handbag, wallet, piece of jewellery, or accessory — that is listed, photographed, and sold exactly as it is.
That is why the photos on every listing matter so much. They show the actual item you will receive, not a stock image of the same model. If a piece shows gentle signs of previous use, those signs are part of the item, and the listing’s photos and condition line describe it as it stands. Read both before you order, and if anything in the photos is unclear, ask us before buying — quoting the listing’s SKU makes it easy for us to answer about the exact piece.
One of a kind — and never restocked
Every listing at LuxuriesCart is a single physical item. When the listing says “1 in stock,” it means that one item is available. When it sells, it is gone. The same item will not be restocked, and we cannot order another one like it.
This is the biggest difference between buying pre-owned and buying new. With a new item, a sold-out size or colour usually comes back. Here, it does not. If you find a piece you want, that listing is the only one of its kind on the store. If a listing shows “Sold Out,” the piece has already been sold. Sold-out listings stay visible so you can still see what the piece was, but they cannot be ordered.
Condition is stated on every listing
Every listing states its condition plainly: pre-owned. There is no grading scale to decode and no condition category hidden in fine print. The condition line, together with the detailed photos, is the full description of the piece’s state. What you see in the photos is what you will receive.
Because each piece is unique, condition varies from item to item. Two handbags of the same model can look quite different after previous use. That is normal for pre-owned goods, and it is why comparing the photos of the exact listing — rather than pictures of the same model elsewhere — is the right way to judge a piece.
Verified before listing
Every piece is verified before it is listed. Verification covers the general checks that apply to pre-owned designer goods: materials, construction and stitching, hardware, stamps and codes, lining and interior, and overall consistency with the stated brand. No single check fits every item, so the checks applied depend on the piece itself. The aim is straightforward: the piece listed is the piece described, from the brand named to the condition shown.

Returns work differently for pre-owned, one-of-a-kind pieces
Because each piece is unique and cannot be replaced, there are no change-of-mind returns or exchanges. A return is accepted only in three cases: the item is significantly different from its description or photos, it has a major defect that was not disclosed, or it is the wrong item.
If one of those applies, contact us within 14 days of the shipment date — not the delivery date — and wait for a return authorisation (RMA) before sending anything back. One rule matters above all: the uniquely numbered security tag must remain intact. Removing the tag counts as final acceptance, and a piece without its tag cannot be returned.
When a return is accepted because of our error, we cover the return shipping. Original shipping costs and any duties, taxes, or VAT paid are not refundable. Refunds go to the original payment method. The full terms are on the Returns & Refunds Policy page — read them before ordering, not after.
