COVERAGE & SCOPE
Luxuries cart provides a 3 month limited structural and material guarantee from the date of delivery on all luxury bar carts and serving trolleys purchased directly from our official store.
This guarantee covers:
- Structural Integrity: Welding, metal framing, and body joint stability under standard indoor home page.
- Specialty fittings: Built in wine bottle holders glass rack fixtures and woven basket frame mountings.
- Manufacturing defects: Factory defects in metal finish application, glass panel fitting, or missing assembly components upon initial unboxing.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Due to the inclusion of fine glass, mirror shelves, crystal decorative elements, and polished metallic finishes, customers are required to inspect all packages upon arrival.
- Transit Damage or Glass defect: Any damage to glass/mirrored, loose crystal accents, or surface scratches incurred during shipping must be reported 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims submit within this window will receive prompt replacement parts or full component replacement free of charge.
EXCLUSION & LIMITATIONS
- Overloading & improper weight distribution: Exceeding maximum weight capacities on glass, mirror or marble shelves.
- Chemical & Harsh Cleaning Damage: Use of abrasive scrubbles, harsh acids, bleach or non recommended metal polish on gold chrome or metallic finishes.
- Accidental Damages: Scratches, chips, impact cracks, or drops occurring post delivery.
- Unauthorized Alterations: Modifications, paint re application or third party alternations to the cart structure.
CLAIM PROCESS
To initiate a guarantee claim, please submit the following to our customer support team:
- Your original Luxuries car order number
- Clear photographs or video displaying the issue or component defect.
- A brief description of the issue encountered.
Upon review Luxuries cart will, at its discretion either provide replacement parts e.g. caster wheels, replacement glass/mirror shelf, replacement crystal finials) or issue a complete unit replacement.
