Because our products are oversized, heavy and fragile we take exceptional care in packaging and handling to ensure your items arrive safely and pristine at your doorstep.

ORDER PROCESSING & PACKAGING

All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Specialized packaging: Due to glass shelves, mirror trays and crystal details of our  serving carts all items are double boxed with reinforced protective padding to  prevent transit damage.
  • Order Verification: High value luxury cart orders may require brief verification prior to shipment for fraud protection and security.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

  • We offer standard free shipping all over United states.
  • Expected delivery times all over united states usually takes 4 - 7 business days.
  • Due to size and premium value of our luxury carts signature upon delivery is required for all shipments.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

When your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification from luxuries cart containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We take fully responsibility for ensuring your cart arrives safely. In the rare events that your shipment arrives damaged transit:

  • Please inspect the package upon arrival before signing 
  • If there is visible damage to the glass mirror or metal frame take photos/videos immediately.
  • Contact our  customer support within 48 hours of delivery at info@luxuriescart.com with you r order number and photos of the  item and packaging
  • We will immediately send out replacement components.

ADDRESS CHANGES & DELIVERY ISSUES

Please double check your shipping address during checkout. If you need to update your  address contact us immediately. Once an item has dispatched address modification incur rerouting fees charged by the courier.
